Returns
Customers may return eligible items within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery or pickup.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in good, clean, and acceptable condition.
- Be unused and free from damage caused after delivery.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation where applicable.
Returned items will be inspected before approval.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged within fifteen (15) days of receipt, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may select an alternative item or request a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened, used, or worn.
These may include:
- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Personal care products
- Earrings and certain jewelry items
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed, prepared, or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, delivered to a pickup point, or handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
