Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order placement.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Delivery and Pickup
Customers must choose a pickup location during checkout.
Orders selected for pickup will be available at the customer’s chosen pickup point within 1–3 business days. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the quantity of items purchased.
Our standard shipping charge is GH₵8 per delivery unit.
For shipping purposes:
Every two (2) items purchased in the same order are considered one delivery unit.
Orders containing more than two items may incur additional shipping charges based on the total quantity purchased.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
